Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This was by far the most scenic, private, and peaceful air bnb cabin I have stayed in. The views from inside (and from the hot tub) are stunning and you won’t be seeing anyone else while there. We also had plenty of outdoor space around the cabin to walk the dog and explore. I appreciated the finishing touches: a nice vinyl collection and record player, books about the area, board games, plenty of tea and coffee options, and real paintings on the walls. As someone who usually tent camps at RRG, this was a real treat.

We were not at the location booked due to an extreme snow and ice storm. The host was very helpful and got us in a cabin with safe terrain. We were blessed to be able to enjoy our vacation before the snow storm hit.

Cute cabin, great location and privacy. Our only notes were: the listing says the driveway needs front wheel drive. my car has front wheel drive but couldn't get up the last gravel hill. we ended up parking at the bottom and walking up and down. There is wifi, but it is too slow to stream anything and my phone didn't think it was fast enough to even keep it connected. It wasn't a problem for us but worth noting. The loft with the bed is crouching height only, we took care not to bump our heads 🙂 we didn't have any problems with wasps as others had noted in prior reviews.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect quiet getaway spot.

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay, so peaceful and cozy. The only thing I regret is trying to take my front wheel drive Camry because it would not make it up the hill. I also want to point out that the wifi does not work AT ALL I know the point is to be in nature and disconnect but if you want to watch some late night netflix I would download them on your device before because the the tv in the cabin will not connect to any streaming platforms. Other than that it’s such a great getaway.

Has an amazing view of the mountains side and so peaceful

This cabin was a wonderful, serene, peaceful escape into the woods. The tiny house is tucked up the hillside and you have to travel up a steep gravel road which is easily done with a sedan. The cabin was spotless and everything I hoped for. The hot tub was clean. This cabin is newly built in 2023 so it feels untouched. With all the provided cooking utensils and cookware, it was easy to make meals in everyday but if you want to eat out you are only 15 minutes from Miquels pizza and Red River Rockhouse.

The only unfortunate part of the stay was the large amount of wasps. They have traps set up around the house but we still killed >20 wasps in one day with the fly swatter. It’s part of being in nature but I guess

Place was great for a short stay, the location is a bit tricky up a hill but the views are amazing and totally worth it

This was an absolute dream spot at RRG! I’m an avid camper at the gorge and this time I wanted something a little more relaxing between hikes, and this cabin hit every mark. We visited with my dog Baker during peak foliage in the Fall and it was mesmerizing! The hosts were helpful and kind and the stay was comfortable peaceful and so much fun!
