This cabin is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Sunset Ridge sleeps 8 people and has 3 bedrooms, king and 2 queens. The downstairs living area offers a game room, bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large enough for many cooks. The wrap around porch offers a great view and porch swing. There is a 6 person hot tub. The cabin sleeps 8. This cabin has a wood burning fireplace available October through April. Satellite television and Wi-Fi are available. NOT PET FRIENDLY

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All cancellations are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. All cancellations must be made in writing ( email acceptable). For cancellations less than 30 days, Reservation is not refundable (unless dates can be re-booked).

Deposit Policy

PAYMENTS:
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of the total reservation is required to confirm your reservation (check, cash, credit).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any loss or damage to the Natural Bridge Cabin Company property can be deducted from your credit card including but not limited to the following: number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the rental contract, excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit (including towels), soiling of towels, linens and carpets, costs of cleaning beyond the normal, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property.
PAYMENT: Remaining balance payment is due no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in date. It will be charged to the credit card that we have on file. If payment is not received by the due date, Natural Bridge Cabin Company has the right to cancel the reservation.

My child said that it was a wonderful experience. Everything about our cabin was perfect, in perfect conditions. We are totally going to recommend this to our family and friends and we are going to be back for another good family vacation. Thank you! I see you next year!!

Our cabin was fantastic. It was perfect for our blended family with the bunk beds and the two bigger beds in their own separate rooms, all downstairs, while the adults were upstairs. We had a wonderful time. It was so incredibly close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. We took extra and used them, but only because my kids love extra blankets. The only negative we had was that the master bedroom doesn’t have a separate ceiling and the downstairs doesn’t have a door, so we were awakened the minute the kids got up. Other than that, it was perfect!
